Our beef doner is marinated fresh daily, stacked by hand, and roasted on a vertical spit until crisp outside and tender within. Try the doner plate with rice, tomato, onion and fries — or go for the Iskender: butter-toasted bread topped with tomato sauce, yogurt and grilled peppers.
